Superbills available upon request if using out of network benefits
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule or cancel an
appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients in need of support.
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or a missed appointment, the full session fee
will be charged. I recognize that emergencies happen, and will take individual circumstances into account
when considering exceptions to this policy.
